Travel Conditions
These general conditions are subject to the rules on the international road transport of passengers and their luggage (CVR Geneva 1.3.73). By registering, the traveler accepts these terms and conditions and acknowledges to have read.
Eurolines and /or its foreign representatives reserve the right at all times to amend the record of the times of departure, arrival and places. The passenger must inform himself 48 hours before departure time to determine whether the timing of departure has changed. Eurolines is entitled to 30 days before departure to increase the fare because of changes in transport costs (including fuel costs), charges or relevant exchange rates. Obvious errors in our travel brochure and other publications do not bind us.
Promo return tickets are valid for four weeks after the first date of travel and set outward and return dates. A promotional ticket is not refundable. A change (date, time and place only on the same line) is only possible if it happens once, at least 48 hours before the start of the journey. In this case, the following surcharge has to be paid:
1.Difference between the standard tariff and the tariff promo paid
2.Modification Costs: € 10
Super Promo is not changeable
The costs are:
Modification without limitation: (date, time and destination only on the same line)
+ 48 h: 5 € + eventual supplements
- 48 hours + 6 hours: € 10 + eventual supplements
- 6 hours: no modification possible
Cancellation:
+ 48 h: 25% (minimum € 10)
- 48 h and 6 h: 50% (minimum € 25)
- 6 hours: no refund
Unused returns are not refundable after the date of the departure.
Groups pay a deposit of 20% upon booking and must confirm the trip at least 30 days before departure. By cancellation of the whole group other cancellation conditions are valid. The general conditions for the sale of groups are available at Eurolines Ltd.
Prices and timetable
of services are published and are subject to unilateral change by EUROLINES for concluding the contract, resulting from purchase of the ticket. EUROLINES tickets are valid for 6 months from the date of departure, what means that the return must be made within 6 months. The passenger has the right to cancel his trip at no cost and to obtain reimbursement in the office where the ticket was purchased if the changes are imposed by EUROLINES subsequent to the purchase of the ticket. Prices are inclusive of VAT. Intermediary agencies are entitled to request administrative expenses outside the published prices, for both the reservation and for the reaffirmation of a journey. Check before you request a mediation.Baggage:
Unless otherwise stated, 2 normal suitcases (up to 25 kg per person) and 1 hand luggage per person are allowed free of charge. The traveler should write his name and home address on his luggage. Animals, except guide dogs are not allowed. In the case of guide dogs it must be noted at the time of booking. Bicycles are not allowed. The traveler should notify any loss or damage to registered baggage immediately to the Eurolines Office or if not available to the driver and within 10 days by registered letter to the head office accompanied baggage labels. The compensation in case of theft or damage to checked baggage may never exceed the value established by the passenger with a maximum of € 150 per luggage but not more than € 300 per passenger. Hand luggage always remain under the supervision of the passenger, the carrier accepts no liability for loss or theft of the hand luggage. It is recommended that travelers purchase travel insurance / baggage.Liability Eurolines
commits itself to the passenger and his baggage to be carried on the pathways in his travel documents and is responsible for the safety of passengers during transport, the act of entry and exit included. If transportation is provided by another carrier, it shall bear the responsibility. When the transport is performed by another carrier, takes this responsibility on. The regulations and laws of the country of this carrier in that case are implementing. The carrier can be held responsible if it can meet its commitments in response to an external cause such as misconduct of third-parties, errors of the passenger or force majeur so that the occasional additional costs are borne by the traveler. The carrier is not liable for any delays, even if these delays result in missed connections. Liability traveler
The traveler must personally inform himself to the competent authorities to obtain information about the necessary documents (identity card, valid passport, visa, vaccination certificate, etc.). CHILDREN YOUNGER THAN 16 YEARS, WHICH ARE NOT ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT, ARE NOT ALLOWED. If 16 and 17 years old and not accompanied by family or guardian, he must be in possession of a certificate authenticated by the municipality authorizing him/her to travel. Travelers must present themselves a half hour before the scheduled departure, and must disclose themselves at the office, and by default to the driver. They should be in possession of valid travel documents in his name. In case of delay the traveler should call the emergency number shown in his travel documents. At stops on the journey, the traveler is bound to return in time at the bus. In the case of transshipment during the trip, or at customs, passengers are responsible for the transfer of their baggage on the connecting bus. If a passenger causes damage to the equipment, if he hampers the crew in performing its tasks, if he disturbs the peace or rest of other passengers, the driver is entitled to terminate the voyage of the troublemaker. All damage, including third-parties, arising from the failure to comply with these conditions shall be borne by the passenger.Reconfirmation
The traveler is required to confirm his return trip to the indicated address, only if the timetable leaflet mentions it. Returns that require a reconfirmation should be reconfirmed with representatives Eurolines, timely (preferably immediately after arrival), but at least 5 days before the desired date of travel, unless otherwise specified in the notes, brochure or on the Internet. The client must ascertain in advance if confirmation is required. The 'open' ticket must be booked at least 48 hours before the desired date of departure. Eurolines can not guarantee that there will be seats available for the desired date of travel and is not responsible for damages if the passenger can not make his trip to the desired time. Some countries make an exception and the traveler must return the book more in advance. The traveler is required to inform himself.Promotional fires

All cancellations must be made through the office where the original ticket was purchased or in a local office if cancellation is dated and validated by a stamp. In all cases, the refund will be granted only through the office where the ticket was purchased.The costs are:

Complaints
If despite all the concerns and efforts of EUROLINES, travelers still have a complaint, he must submit it during the journey to the crew, the driver or local representative, who will endeavour to seek a solution. If the solution did not satisfy, the traveler must submit his claim by registered letter with all necessary supporting documents, in his possession, to the headquarters. within 30 days. Any other claim will be considered non-existent and void. In no case, EUROLINES may be required to repay more than the price paid by the customer. All disputes shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court in Brussels.Loss or theft of a ticket
In case of LOSS OR THEFT OF A EUROLINES-TICKET there is possible refund only 8 months after the issue date if and only the ticket has not been actually used. This means that the passenger in such case must purchase a new ticket and submit a claim for reimbursement of the lost/stolen ticket, accompanied with the proof of declaration of lost/theft prior to the date of purchase of a new ticket.
OPEN TICKETS + MINI PASSES + EUROLINES PASSES ARE IN NO EVENT REFUNDABLE.
