Enjoy our best value for money tickets available. Generally the earlier you book the lower the price. Promo and Super Promo tickets are priced lower than standard tickets but are made available for sale under more restrictive conditions.

You can choose departure dates and/or services that are classed as off-peak and therefore do not attract additional supplements. Peak travel periods are typically weekends and holiday periods.

The cancellation and modification conditions Promo & Super Promo fares are as follows:

• Limited availability of places
• Possible only with a start in Belgium
• The maximum validity of a Promo return is four weeks from first date of travel
• No further discount is possible on a ticket (Super) Promo
• Most Promo tickets are not available in high season

Modification charges

Please note: Changing the destination abroad will be classed as a cancellation and the appropriate fees will be charged as indicated above

Promo ticket (e.g. date, time or  departure point in Belgium only on the same line)

• Until 6 hours before departure of the outward journey: 8 € + + additional payment up to the price of a standard fare ticket + possible surcharges
• Within 6 hours of outward journey: Not possible
• Changing Promo ticket from abroad: Not possible
• Maximum duration 1 month (from date of travel)

Super Promo ticket

• After the booking has been made, modification of Super Promo tickets are not possible
