Preparing your journey

Check-in

Departure from Belgium: In Brussels North you check-in at one of the counters inside of the Eurolines bus station. From all other Belgium departure points you check-in with the driver of the coach. You must check-in no later than 30 minutes before the departure time stated on your ticket. Check-in closes 15 minutes before departure. Once check-in is closed, we regret that boarding of the coach is not possible and your ticket will be invalid for travel.

Departure from other countries: Check-in no later than 30 minutes before departure (Note: in London and Paris, check-in is 1 hour before departure at the counters). If there is a Eurolines office that is open close to departure point you can check-in at the counter, otherwise directly with the driver.
