You can cancel or modify your tickets bought in Belgium (date, time, embarkation point) only during the opening hours of the offices.

Eurolines office: NO cancellations of online/phone bookings.

Call center: ONLY cancellations online/phone bookings and modifications if you have a credit card.

Travel agencies if you bought your ticket trough them.

Cancellations are dated and valued.

Cancellation charges

Standard ticket

• Until 48 hours before departure of outward journey: 25% (minimum € 10)
• Between 48 until 6 hours before departure of outward journey: 50% (minimum € 25)
• From 6 hours before departure of outward journey: 100% (no refund)
• Lost of stolen tickets: 100% (no refund)
• Reservation fee: 100% ( no refund) 

Promo ticket, Eurolines pass, mini-pass and special offers

• After booking until departure of outward journey: 100% (no refund)

Modification charges

Please note:  Changing the destination abroad will be classed as a cancellation and the appropriate fees will be charged as indicated above

Standard ticket (e.d. date, time or departure point in Belgium)

• Until 6 hours before departure time of the outward journey: 8 € + possible surcharges
• From 6 hours until departure time of the outward journey: not possible
• Abroad: ask locally, see addresses international service centers

Promo ticket (e.d. date, time or departure point in Belgium)

• Until 6 hours before departure of the outward journey: 8 € + + additional payment up to the price of a standard fare ticket + possible surcharges
• Within 6 hours of outward journey: Not possible
• Changing Promo ticket from abroad: Not possible
• Maximum duration 1 month (from date of travel)

Groups

• Groups (min.11 persons) pay a deposit of 20 % of the total amount at reservation.
• Options are not allowed.
• Promo fares are not allowed for groups.
• The balance of the amount must be paid at least 30 days before departure to the account: ING 310 -1281210-23. Eurolines reserves the right to cancel the booking when payment is not made within the time requested.
• In case of cancellation of the entire group, the following conditions of cancellation apply:

Cancellation within more than 22 days of departure: 10 % of the price or withholding of the deposit.
Cancellation from 21 days to 14 days of departure: 20 % of the price of the voyage.
Cancellation from 13 days to 7 days of departure: 50 % of the price of the voyage.
Cancellation less than 7 days of departure: 80 % of the price of the voyage

• The conditions for modification or cancellation of one person or several participants of the group are the same as the general conditions of Eurolines.
• There are no more than 2 changes per ticket allowed.
• Even for groups, the reservation fees are charged per person. These charges are not refunded in any case of annulation,
